SBA Business Valuations/Appraisals

Sack Associates has prepared SBA loan appraisals for banks since 2002. Sack Associates provides SBA loan appraisals nationwide.

We provide high quality reports in a timely manner. Our SBA reports have included a wide range of businesses in many different industries. We adhere to USPAP, IBA and ASA standards in our reports. USPAP is consistent with FIRREA, which governs appraisals for use by Federally Regulated Financial Institutions.

Sack Associates carries the necessary Errors and Omissions insurance to satisfy all SBA lenders requirements.

The appraiser must be a credentialed business appraiser who is independent and does not have a direct or indirect interest in the property or transaction. We are credentialed by the three major organizations that certify business appraisers.

We analyze financial statements and tax returns in order to better understand the factors that influence value and risk specific to the business. There are different methods of valuation, each of which gives primary consideration to the different elements within the value of a business. For this reason, we use multiple valuation methods to support our opinion of value.
